On Saturday, September 27, 2008 Green For All, 1Sky and and many other organizations and supporters against Global Warming are launching A National Day of Action. We are calling it Green Jobs Now: A Day to Build the New Economy!
In Baltimore, the Chesapeake Climate Action Network and the Entrepreneurial Training University are teaming up to host an exciting event, to educate, encourage and empower the local community to increase participation in and awareness of the green jobs movement. Green-collar jobs will pull people out of poverty and improve the planet we all live on and we need your support! We will open the day with a job-training fair, where local organizations and businesses will have booths highlighting their green jobs efforts in the city of Baltimore. This will be followed by a rally, where the gathered citizens will call on our elected officials to take strong action to create and sustain green jobs.

When: Saturday, September 27th. Fair begins at 10. Speakers begin at 11.
Where: The Bandstand at Clifton Park, 2801 St Lo Drive, Baltimore MD.
